Reservation Requests (11+ Guests)

Della J’s Policies

  • Della J’s Policy for Reservation Requests of 1 - 10 guests

    • Individual checks allowed

    • Seating will be reserved for the confirmed number of guests only.  Upon arrival, if the party’s guest count exceeds the confirmed number of guests, the additional guests will be considered separate from the reservation party and will be subject to the wait time of the restaurant and seating availability, including table/seating location, which may or may not be in the vicinity of the reservation party.

    • Up to 1.5 hours of seating for reservation, seating time starts at the confirmed reservation time

    • For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity is applied to each check

    • Depending on table availability, reserved tables may or may not be connected; if not, reserved tables/booths will be close to each other

    • No outside desserts, food, or beverages are allowed; we offer a variety of desserts, including whole cakes (whole cakes need to be pre-ordered, 48 hours’ notice required).

  • PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR REQUESTING A RESERVATION FOR JAZZ NIGHTS (Thursday); WE DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR 11+ ON A JAZZ NIGHT.

    We offer two options for reservation requests of 11 - 25 guests

    Option 1: Ordering from the In-House Menu

    • For a group of this size, one check will be presented for payment for all food and non-bar beverages, for the entire party. We do not accept individual payments.

    • Credit card information is required to be on file to confirm the reservation; the credit card will be used for payment at the conclusion of the reservation.

    • Optionally, the entire bill can be split EVENLY with no more than three (3) payments.

    • Cash is accepted (multiple payments of cash is considered as one of the three payments).

    • Seating will be reserved for the confirmed number of guests only; all guests must be present to be seated.  Upon arrival, if the party’s guest count exceeds the confirmed number of guests, the additional guests will be considered separate from the reservation party and will be subject to the wait time of the restaurant and seating availability, including table/seating location, which may or may not be in the vicinity of the reservation party.

    • Up to 2.5 hours of seating for reservation, seating time starts at the confirmed reservation time

    • A 20% gratuity is applied to the final check

    • Bar beverages can be billed individually

    • Depending on table availability, reserved tables may or may not be connected; if not, reserved tables/booths will be close to each other

    • No outside desserts, food, or beverages are allowed; we offer a variety of desserts, including whole cakes (whole cakes need to be pre-ordered, 48 hours’ notice required).

    • Entire reservation cancellation made two days or less prior to date and time of event incur a $100 cancellation fee

    Option 2: Ordering from the Pre-Fixe Meal Menu

    • Pre-Fixe Menu: Price includes a Soft Drink, Iced Tea, or Lemonade (Free Refills), Juice or Milk. Tax & gratuity included.  

    • All guests must order from the Pre-Fixe Menu.

    • For a group of this size, one check will be presented for payment, for all pre-fixe meals, for the entire party. Meals are pre-priced so cash payments from each guest usually works well for our one check policy as each guest knows exactly what the cost of their meal will be.

    • Credit card information is required to be on file to confirm the reservation; the credit card will be used for payment at the conclusion of the reservation unless the one check presented is paid in cash. Payment can be a combination of cash and the use of the credit card that is on file.

    • Seating will be reserved for the confirmed number of guests only; all guests must be present to be seated.  Upon arrival, if the party’s guest count exceeds the confirmed number of guests, the additional guests will be considered separate from the reservation party and will be subject to the wait time of the restaurant and seating availability, including table/seating location, which may or may not be in the vicinity of the reservation party.

    • Bar beverages can be billed individually

    • Depending on table availability, reserved tables may or may not be connected; if not, reserved tables/booths will be close to each other.

  • Della J’s Policy for Reservation Requests of 26+ Guests:  Buffet Style Dining

    • Please view our Catering Menu for food selection and prices; food selections must be finalized and paid for at least five days prior to reservation date and time (may differ for holidays).

    • Credit card information is required to be on file to confirm the reservation.

    • Seating will be reserved for the confirmed number of guests only; all guests must be present to be seated.  Upon arrival, if the party’s guest count exceeds the confirmed number of guests, the additional guests will be considered separate from the reservation party and will be subject to the wait time of the restaurant and seating availability, including table/seating location, which may or may not be in the vicinity of the reservation party.

    • A minimum purchase of food and non bar beverages is required.  A minimum $350 event fee will apply; fee is dependent upon number of guests. Fee includes the use of chafers & sternos, first round of serving by staff, set-up and breakdown and an extended seating time of up to 3 hours.  Seating time starts at confirmed reservation time.

    • Non bar beverages will be included in the buffet dining quote based on the number of guests.

    • Bar beverages may be billed individually depending on the number of guests.

    • A 20% gratuity is applied to the final bill.

    • No outside desserts, food, or beverages are allowed; we offer a variety of desserts, to include whole cakes (whole cakes need to be pre-ordered, 48 hours’ notice required).

    • Entire reservation cancellation made three days or less prior to date and time of event incur a 25% cancellation fee based on invoiced food subtotal.
